Direct-Hire

The Direct-Hire Placement Program, which will find those hard to reach professionals, even those who aren’t looking for new employment. We find the right people for your business. You will only meet candidates who’ve passed our in-depth screening process.

Full-Time Consultant – An experienced consultant that’s at your disposal for the work that you need at any given time during business hours.

TERM, FEE AND PAYMENT – Unless stated otherwise, we charge 1% per $1,000.00 of the annual starting salary to a maximum of 20%. For example, the fee for an employee starting with an annual salary of $20,000.00 would be 20% or $4,000.00. We will locate candidates for your job requisitions as long as the Agreement is active. Service fees may change at any time after first placement; however, you will be notified of any changes. Service fees must be received within ten (10) calendar days of the candidate’s start date. If payment in full is received within (10) ten days of the start date of employee employment, and such employee ceases within (3) months of the start date, Healthways Services shall use its reasonable best effort to find a one time replacement at no expense to your company.
